About your status. This page shows a customer-safe summary for orders attached to your signed-in account. If something looks missing or unclear, contact BadWolfPro with your order reference.
Order information. Status cards include the public order reference, current step, proof status, payment status, fulfillment status, product label, and recent update date.
Fulfillment details. This status view does not expose carrier tracking pages, shipment records, pickup booking, or provider payloads.
Payment updates. If a payment is needed, BadWolfPro will send clear instructions after the quote or proof step. This page is for viewing status only.

Production handoff path

Each custom request moves through human review before money, machine time, shipping, or provider actions.

  1. Packet received and checked for missing specs or assets.
  2. Quote and proof path confirmed by BadWolfPro.
  3. Payment instructions stay manual until the quote/proof step is ready.
  4. Production and fulfillment happen only after approval.
