A strong handoff gives us the production facts first, then lets the operator review risks before money or machine time moves.

Order-intake requests require signed-in order review.
Repeat work, saved template handoff, quote details, payment steps, notifications, and provider actions are handled only after BadWolfPro verifies the signed-in account and order context. Any future approved order-intake route must stay same-origin under /api/customer/, and live push still requires final functionality, security, and payment review.
