Beginner saves a PNG preview + editable JSON directly into the next order form. Advanced saves a clean SVG + PNG preview into the same quote request. Either way, the customer copy is requested automatically when the quote is sent.

If a mockup saved successfully, the preview and editable payload are stored in this browser session for the next intake form. The quote request asks the mail bridge to email the customer their copy automatically; downloads are just a backup.
